July's Annual Meeting!

Babyland was not available this year. Hopefully, we will be able to
return next year.

Keeping in mind the comments of past meetings, the Board focused on a venue that was of easy access for the elderly and handicap owners.

This year’s annual meeting will be at Ash Community Center.

The center is a building behind the United Community Bank of Cleveland.

Since the building holds 75, we are asking owners to call and reserve
seats. Full details are as follow.

The Sessions give Mountain Shadows Owners the opportunity to freely express an opinion, view, or concern to the Mountain Shadows Board Members, whether it is focusing on an individual situation or the entire community.

Seating will be limited to give all attendees the opportunity to talk.
